The location near a tram stop made it easy to get around and visit all the local hotspots. The hotel facilities were great, with free parking available for guests. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast provided was amazing.

Had a very very good stay in the New Oceans hotel, everything was very good. The room was budget and functional, and with a stunningly beautiful view of the sea.

The room had an impressive view and a huge, comfortable bed. The staff were helpful, even going out of their way to buy a vanity mirror for a guest with poor eyesight. Great value for money with amenities like tea, coffee, en-suite, wardrobe, TV, and desk. Will definitely return in warmer weather.

Everything was lovely, immaculately clean hotel, ideal location near all the local hotspots. The staff were HELPFUL and respectful all the time. I greatly enjoyed that there were a work desk and TV in my suite. It was a perfectly pleasant stay, newly remodelled place.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the beach and the Promenade. It was also close to most attractions and had tram stops and bus stops opposite, making it easy to get around. The hotel offered great value for money, with affordable rates. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and went out of their way to make guests feel comfortable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. The breakfast was delicious and there were various options to choose from.
The hotel lacked some basic amenities and services.
